About the course

This program is for the ones ready for a break-up. Breaking up with your old life, your old thoughts, the job, the relationship. We change and evolve, especially through mid-life. Our lives need to evolve with us.  We will focus on strengthening our relationship with spirit to develop more self-trust and confidence. Many of us women in mid-life want to step into more confidence, self trust and deepen relationship with spirit, but we find ourselves held back by ancestral authoritarian traces of mind-control. Deepening our connection to Spirit does not have to be in conflict with stepping into more power – and together we build the courage to do this.  In order to lean into substantial life changes, we have dare to look at what holds us back, what is keeping us from our inherent power. With support, you will find the courage and the strength to move forward with the break-up. Finally, you'll be free! We will get into al of this, and so much more, during our time together.

I've been practicing and teaching the yogic sciences since 2001, and I've had the honor of learning from a masterful Shamanic practitioner too. Vedic Astrology, Yoga, Tarot, and Shamanism — I weave all of these together to inform my life and tune in to my inner guidance. The past few years have asked a lot of me. I've moved through some of the biggest transitions and break-ups of my adult life. I have spent time in Europe, and settled into a new way of life in Santa Fe, New Mexico as a newly single person. My daily practices — and the insight of Jyotish especially — gave me the confidence and self-trust it took to make those changes. Now I am here to support you, embodying the changes and break-ups you envision for yourself.
